Mic dejun la pachet

A fost dragoste la prima degustare! Aceasta reteta am vazut-o la Cahterine McCord. Mi s-a parut geniala nu numai pentru ca e simplu de facut si ca e foarte gustoasa, ci si pentru ca poate reprezenta un mic dejun sau pranz la pachet ideale. O faci de cu seara, o pui intr-o caserola si gata. E chiar mai buna rece 🙂 Daca v-am convins… sau v-au convins doar pozele, eu zic sa o incercati 😉

Ne trebuie:

Cantitatile sunt pentru 2 portii generoase

  • tigaie cu circumferinta de marimea lipiei*
  • 2 lipii facute in casa sau cumparate
  • 4 oua
  • 200 g cas sau cascaval ras
  • ierburi aromate – optional (eu am pus cateva frunze de cimbru verde)
  • un cub de unt
  • sare
  • piper proaspat macinat

Cum procedam:

  • batem ouale ca pentru omleta – asezonam
  • punem untul in tigaie – cand s-a topit turnam ouale batute
  • dupa ~30 de secunde adaugam jumatate din catitatea de cas/cascaval, cateva fire de cimbru, apoi punem o lipie peste omleta – mai lasam mai putin de un minut cat sa se inmoaie putin cascavalul – care actioneaza si ca „lipici”

  • luam o farfurie intinsa, mai mare decat circunmferinta tigaii, o punem pe tigaie si rasturnam pe ea „omleta”. Daca aveti o paleta mare puteti sa faceti cu paleta, dar nu merita sa riscati ruperea lipiei
  • punem omleta inapoi in tigaie, dar de aceasta data cu lipia in jos

  • repetam operatiunea cu casul si cimbrul, adaugam a doua lipie si lasam asa ~ un minut
  • mai intoarcem o data quesadiila deja formata si o mai rumenim putin

  • o scoatem din tigaie si o taiem triunghiuri.

*Daca doriti sa faceti o cantitate mai mica, folositi lipii mai mici si o  tigaie cu circumferinta mai mica… evident oua mai putine, la fel si cas 😉
